The original building (the most historically renowned and characteristic section) comprises the chapel on the ground floor—the heart of the monastery—the porter’s lodge, and a reception room. The upper floors house rooms and a section of the library.

The building’s exterior shows significant deterioration and now requires comprehensive maintenance of both the roof and the facades.

This intervention will also significantly improve living conditions within the building, for both the monks and those who visit the community.
