The project involves the creation of a school and multi-sports center designed to become a new hub for all children (and others).
The facility will be located a few kilometers from the town of Diass, a municipality currently expanding thanks to its extremely favorable logistical position.
The municipality of Diass is home to the new “Blaise Diagne” International Airport and is directly connected to the A1 Motorway, which facilitates connections with other major cities in Senegal.
The project aims to comply with all best practices regarding sustainability and minimal environmental impact, through the use of local materials and construction techniques, the exploitation of renewable energy such as photovoltaics, solar power, and natural ventilation, and rainwater harvesting.
The project’s objective is the construction of a school and multi-sports center.
The facility will be built a few kilometers from the town of DIASS, Senegal, an expanding municipality thanks to the new “Blaise Diagne” Airport, which is directly connected to the A1 motorway, facilitating connections with the capital DAKAR and other major cities in the country.
