THE FIRST FARMHOUSE DEDICATED TO WELFARE IN ITALY
The Experience Farm – Natural and Social Conservation Ecosystem is a project aimed at conserving Lombardy’s plant and animal biodiversity through the employment of disabled and vulnerable people. This project is garnering recognition and support from all sectors, both corporate (through inclusion in Article 14) and social (through collaboration with the relevant administrations and the network of vocational training centers and social cooperatives for employment placement in the province of Pavia). To achieve our primary objective of employing 10 individuals for the creation and management of Italy’s first experiential theme park dedicated to agri-food supply chains, we have decided to follow a structured approach that combines various multi-target marketing and charity strategies: we have clearly defined the objective, the intervention program, the locations, and the partners; selected the charity platform; created and shared an effective communication plan; and involved stakeholders in Lombardy from the earliest stages of the design process, which lasted over 2 years.
- Specific objective:
We have precisely defined how the first 100,000 euros raised will be utilized, not only in terms of budget but also regarding motivated and motivating sub-objectives.
- Project description:
We have detailed the La Cascina delle Esperienze project, its value, and its impact on the Lombardy community on one hand and on the Aequilibrium network contract community on the other, linking it to the entire history and social activism experience of the protagonists.
- Target:
We have identified the potential donors (individuals, companies, and public entities) with whom we would like to undertake this journey.
- A dedicated Fund within a specialized platform:
We have identified and chosen the donation platform specialized in the non-profit and social sector of the “Fondazione per il dono”. Together with them, we have established the “La Cascina delle Esperienze Fund”, which immediately conveys a sense of professionalism and transparency through the choice of an external partner that certifies (including administratively) every transaction, from the smallest to the most generous.
- Transparency:
We will clearly demonstrate how the funds raised will be used, with an emphasis on Main Donors.
- Social media:
We will use the lacascinadellesperienze.
- Related events:
We will organize events within the Park through the network to promote fundraising (e.g., dinners, aperitifs, presentations).
- Media involvement:
We will invite journalists, bloggers, and influencers to participate in events and talk about the “even influencers have a heart” fundraiser on their channels before and after the inauguration, which will take place in spring 2026, following a Family & Friends opening period from October to December 2025.
- Monitor and evaluate:
We will constantly monitor the progress of the fundraising efforts.
